OXFORD, Ala. — October 22, 2026 — The Oxford Performing Arts Center (OPAC) has launched a new website in partnership with Carbonhouse, giving audiences a refreshed way to connect with Alabama’s busiest performing arts stage.
OPAC presents more touring artists than any other venue in the state, alongside education programs, community events and gallery exhibitions. The new website brings that breadth of activity into a content-focused, mobile-friendly experience, making it easier for patrons, students, educators and first-time visitors to find performances and plan a visit.
The site replaces OPAC’s previous website, which launched in 2017. OPAC again selected Carbonhouse for its specialized experience creating digital experiences for arts organizations, major venues, and massive stadiums. Its portfolio includes the Grand Ole Opry, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Ballet West and State Theatre New Jersey.
“Carbonhouse is the best in the business, and their team proved it throughout this project,” said John Longshore, Executive Director of the Oxford Performing Arts Center. “They brought exceptional creativity, expertise and care to the work. They took the time to understand OPAC, listened to our team and delivered a website that reflects the scale and variety of what happens here. The entire Carbonhouse team was a pleasure to work with, and we’re extremely proud of what we accomplished together.”
The new website is available at opac.org.
