Mobile Tickets

Access your secure mobile tickets at wallet.oxfordpac.org. Open your tickets before arriving and present the moving QR code from your phone at the entrance.

Screenshots will not work for admission. If someone else will be using your tickets, share them through the mobile-ticket wallet.

How do I share or receive mobile tickets?

To share a ticket, visit wallet.oxfordpac.org, open the ticket, and select the sharing option. The recipient will receive a link with instructions for accepting and accessing the ticket.

Shared tickets must be accepted and displayed through the mobile-ticket system. Screenshots and copied QR codes are not valid for admission.

What happens if a performance is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed?

If a performance is canceled, tickets purchased directly from OPAC will be fully refunded.

If a performance is rescheduled, your original tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, we will contact you with available options, which may include a refund or account credit.

If a performance is postponed and a new date has not yet been announced, please keep your tickets. OPAC will contact ticket buyers as soon as additional information is available.

These protections apply only to tickets purchased through oxfordpac.org or directly from the OPAC Box Office. OPAC cannot provide refunds or other assistance for tickets purchased through third-party sellers.

How can I avoid fraudulent or overpriced tickets?

The OPAC website and Box Office are the only authorized sources for OPAC tickets. Tickets offered through resale websites may be overpriced, duplicated, or invalid.

OPAC cannot guarantee admission, provide replacement tickets, or issue refunds for purchases made through an unauthorized seller.

Can I receive a refund or exchange my tickets?

All sales are final except when a performance is canceled or rescheduled, or when otherwise required by law.

When available, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production for a $3 per-ticket service fee. Exchanges are subject to availability. Downgrades and adjustments to completed purchases are not available.

Tickets to eligible OPAC-presented performances may also be donated back to the venue.

Is this show right for me?

OPAC presents dozens of performances each year for a wide variety of audiences. While many events are family-friendly, not every performance will be appropriate for every guest.

Broadway productions, concerts, comedy performances, and movies may contain strong language, mature themes, theatrical violence, or other content some guests may find objectionable. Review the individual event listing and research unfamiliar artists or productions before purchasing tickets.

Our Box Office can provide available information, but OPAC cannot guarantee that a performance will align with every guest’s personal preferences.

Does everyone need a ticket?

Yes. Every guest, including infants and young children, must have a valid ticket.

Unless an event is specifically intended for children, OPAC generally recommends that children age five and younger not attend. Guests who are unable to remain seated quietly may be asked to step outside the theatre.

What else should I know?

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime.
  • Late seating may be delayed until an appropriate pause and is not guaranteed.
  • Discounts must be requested when purchasing and cannot be applied to completed orders.
  • Proof of eligibility may be required for discounted tickets.
  • Accessible seating and other accommodations are available through the Box Office.
  • Will Call opens approximately 90 minutes before the performance. Photo identification may be required.
  • Tickets are issued only after full payment and cannot be held without purchase.
  • A Facility Renewal Fee is included with each ticket to support OPAC maintenance and improvements.
