Group Sales Events
Who qualifies for group pricing?
Any qualifying group may participate, including families, friends, churches, schools, businesses, clubs, nonprofits, and tour groups. You do not need to belong to a formal organization.
How many tickets are required?
Most group offers begin at 10 tickets. Minimum requirements may vary by performance.
Are group discounts available for every show?
No. Group pricing is available for select performances and is subject to availability. Discounts and minimum group sizes vary by show.
How much can my group save?
Groups can save 10% or more on many performances. A Box Office representative will provide the available rate for your selected show.
How do I request group tickets?
Complete the Group Sales Contact Form with your preferred performance, estimated group size, and seating preference. A representative will contact you within three business days.
Does submitting the form reserve my seats?
No. The form is only a request for information. Your seats are not reserved or guaranteed until an OPAC representative confirms your order.
When is payment due?
Most group orders require a nonrefundable deposit of 30% to 50%. Your invoice will include the deposit and final payment deadlines. Orders placed close to the performance date may require full payment when booked.
Can I change the number of tickets?
Generally, yes. Orders may be adjusted before the final payment deadline as long as the required group minimum is maintained. Additional seats are subject to availability and current pricing.
Can members of my group purchase their tickets separately?
Options vary by performance. In some cases, OPAC may be able to provide an individual purchasing option or promotional code. Contact Group Sales to discuss what is available.
Can OPAC assist with accessibility or bus parking?
Yes. Tell your Box Office representative about accessibility needs or bus transportation when making your request. We will help coordinate seating, passenger drop-off, pickup, and parking information.
